IT Specialist

We're seeking an experienced and dynamic IT Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will leverage your strong technical background in hardware and software support to manage IT infrastructure and user devices.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience supporting hardware and software for user devices in a technical environment.
• Strong proficiency in supporting and troubleshooting Windows and/or Linux systems, with solid experience in Active Directory management.
• Extensive experience with hardware/software installations, configurations, and issue resolution.
• Proven experience with Wi-Fi networks and network management, ensuring seamless connectivity across devices.
• Fluent English and Spanish skills, both verbal and written.
