Legal Counsel - Commercial

We are seeking a highly motivated Legal Counsel to join our dynamic Legal Commercial team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of post-qualification experience as a lawyer, with a proven track record in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various types of commercial agreements.

Requirements

• Law degree from an accredited university in any EU or UK jurisdiction
• Minimum of three years of post-qualification experience as a practicing lawyer, with a focus on commercial or corporate law
• Proven expertise in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various commercial agreements
• Exceptional ability to translate complex legal concepts into clear, accessible language for non-legal stakeholders
• Strong negotiation skills, balancing the pursuit of favourable terms with the cultivation of positive business relationships
• Outstanding analytical capabilities to ensure contracts are precise, enforceable, and aligned with the organization’s objectives
• Committed to delivering high-quality work, even under tight deadlines or competing priorities
• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently, demonstrating consistent productivity and accountability with minimal supervision
