Payroll Specialist

ARRISE is hiring a Payroll Specialist to manage the entire payroll process for Bulgaria, ensuring punctual, precise, and compliant processing of payroll. The role involves interpreting and applying local legal provisions related to labour and payroll in Bulgaria, supporting monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting, and collaborating with HR and Finance teams.

Requirements

• Proven experience in payroll processing within Bulgaria
• Strong understanding of Bulgarian tax, labour, and social security laws related to payroll
• Proficient in payroll systems and MS Excel
• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Excellent communication skills in Bulgarian and English
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
