Procurement Specialist

ARRISE is seeking an experienced Procurement Specialist to manage procurement activities, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with company policies and industry best practices. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of procurement processes, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple priorities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• 2 - 3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management
• Experience in the media, entertainment, or tech industry
• Strong negotiation skills and a proven track record in managing supplier relationships
• Familiarity with procurement software and systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
• Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate cost-saving opportunities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
