ARRISE is seeking an experienced Procurement Specialist to manage procurement activities, negotiate with vendors, and ensure compliance with company policies and industry best practices. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of procurement processes, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple priorities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- 2 - 3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management
- Experience in the media, entertainment, or tech industry is a plus
- Strong negotiation skills and a proven track record in managing supplier relationships
- Familiarity with procurement software and systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate cost-saving opportunities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
