Senior Legal Counsel - Commercial

ARRISE is seeking an experienced Senior Legal Counsel to join their Legal Commercial team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of six years of post-qualification experience, with a strong background in commercial law and a deep understanding of the iGaming sector. The role involves drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex commercial agreements, as well as serving as a legal point of contact for key internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• Law degree from an accredited university in any EU or UK jurisdiction
• A minimum of six years of post-qualification experience as a practicing lawyer, with a strong focus on commercial or corporate law
• Demonstrable experience in the iGaming sector, including familiarity with gaming regulations, licensing frameworks, and industry-specific contractual considerations
• Proven expertise in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex commercial agreements
• Exceptional ability to communicate complex legal concepts clearly and concisely to non-legal stakeholders at all levels of seniority
• Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to balance legal risk management against broader business objectives
• Outstanding negotiation skills, capable of securing favourable outcomes while preserving positive business relationships
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities across a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• High degree of self-motivation, accountability, and the ability to operate independently at a senior level with minimal supervision
• Proactive and strategic mindset - able to anticipate legal and regulatory challenges and implement solutions before issues arise
• Collaborative and team-oriented, with a commitment to sharing knowledge and elevating the wider legal function
