Senior Legal Counsel - Employment and Privacy

Requirements

• 5 years’ experience as a practicing lawyer with particular focus and expertise in Employment and Privacy
• Proven leadership skills
• Strong knowledge in employment and privacy laws in Malta or Gibraltar
• Multi-jurisdictional skills will be considered an asset
• Strong analytical abilities and excellent written/verbal communication skills
• High proficiency in English (verbal and written)
• Detail-oriented with strong multitasking and prioritization skills
• Collaborative mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Outcome-focused with a pragmatic approach to applying legal principles
