Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Process Engineer Assembly with a background in high volume micro-electronic manufacturing, preferably in the area of post-fabrication assembly. The ideal candidate will have experience in laser processing and other photonic processes, as well as mentoring and leadership skills.
Requirements
- Good degree in engineering (mechanical, chemical), physics, materials science or related discipline.
- Research experience in laser or photonics processing (an advantage)
- Green belt Lean 6 sigma certification or higher (an advantage)
