Job Description
As a Licensed Practical Nurse – Multi-Clinic Services, you will provide patient care and support to patients in multiple clinics. Your duties will include preparing patients for practitioners, documenting medical information, and communicating with pharmacies and courts.
Requirements
- Licensed as an LPN in the State of Iowa, in good standing; certification preferred
- Supportive of the mission of Prairie Ridge and the patients we serve
- Proficiency in oral and written communication skills, as well as documentation requirements
- Technology skills allowing for proficiency in the use of electronic health records
- Ability to be flexible, organized, and functional under stressful situations
- Valid driver’s license and insurance on vehicle
