Senior Administrative Coordinator I

The Senior Administrative Coordinator I provides management, administrative, and planning support to the Dean of the Whitlowe R. Green College of Education and assists other departments in the College with activity coordination as needed. Responsibilities include management support duties, administrative support duties, and special requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Six years of related experience
• Knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, database, and presentation applications
• Ability to organize work effectively and prioritize objectives with a high level of discretion and independent judgment and initiative
• Ability to multitask and work cooperatively with others
• Interpersonal and communication skills
• Planning and organization skills
