Job Description
We are looking for a Production Manager to join our team at Praktis. As a Production Manager, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and supervising daily production activities to ensure timely delivery of high-quality garments. You will lead a team of production staff, implement Lean Manufacturing principles, and monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Requirements
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in garment production management
- Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- Strong technical knowledge of garment manufacturing processes
- Proficiency in Lean Management principles
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in production management software and tools
