Job Description
Perform polishing operations with bench mounted equipment or hand-held tools to refurbish aircraft engine components to meet quality standards. Support surface preparation processes such as blasting and finishing. Participate in EH&S programs and take personal responsibility to ensure safety adherence.
Requirements
- O levels or NITEC in Engineering or relevant qualifications
- Min 2 years' relevant experience operating machinery or working in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to understand and follow standard operation procedures (SOP)
- Basic oral and written English language skill
- Comfortable with hands-on work to operate with the equipment and tools
- Proactive and eager to learn, with a growth mindset
- Willing to work rotating shifts (Day & Night) and commit to overtime when required
