Apartment Maintenance Supervisor

Apartment Maintenance Supervisor responsible for conducting general maintenance and repairs on facility equipment and property structures, ensuring optimal functionality of heating, electrical, and plumbing systems. Oversees a team and works closely with the Property Manager and vendors to maintain facilities and common areas in the best possible condition.

Requirements

• Manages scattered sites, must have reliable transportation
• Complete service requests in a timely manner
• Full unit turns, daily unit maintenance, make-ready procedures, preventative maintenance
• Respond quickly in the event of an emergency
• Survey buildings and repair mechanical systems to ensure they are consistent with health and safety regulations
• Maintain heating and plumbing systems to ensure functionality
• Inspect alarm systems and quickly schedule repairs when needed
• Undertake activities of pest control
• Obtain quotes and coordinate projects with vendors
• On-call schedule
