Maintenance Supervisor

The maintenance supervisor is responsible for conducting general maintenance and repairs on facility equipment and property structures, ensuring optimal functionality of heating, electrical, and plumbing systems.

Requirements

• Work with the on-site team to manage maintenance-related repairs and upkeep
• Manage the make ready process to prepare apartments for move-in
• Serve as the designated on-call point of contact for maintenance emergencies
• Initiate and oversee maintenance projects to improve curb appeal and building systems
• Develop scopes of work and seek out qualified contractors
• Manage expenses and develop relationships with vendors
• Direct supervision and support for the maintenance team
