The Ideal candidate has at least 3 years of working knowledge and experience in residential property management maintenance & repair, plumbing, electrical, appliance, carpentry, and painting gained through formal education and/or on-the-job training.
Requirements
- Assist the Maintenance Supervisor on special maintenance projects
- Complete resident service requests and turn units in a timely fashion
- Maintain open communication with all members of property management
