Requirements

• Assist Maintenance Supervisor on special maintenance projects
• Complete resident service requests
• Report maintenance concerns
• Maintain open communication with property management
• Perform on-call emergency service
• Perform snow removal
• Attend and assist in resident functions
• Assist other team members
• Perform other duties as assigned
