Field Reimbursement Manager

The Field Reimbursement Manager (FRM) is responsible for removing access and reimbursement barriers for patients, partnering with healthcare providers and internal stakeholders. The role requires deep expertise in pharmacy benefit design, prior authorizations, appeals, and specialty pharmacy operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience in reimbursement, patient access, field access, or specialty pharmacy roles
• Deep knowledge of commercial and government pharmacy benefits
• Experience supporting neurology or CNS-focused practices preferred
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills
