We are seeking a qualified Maintenance Technician to join our maintenance team at PRAXM, a multifamily real estate management company with a focus on innovation and employee development.

Requirements

• Complete all maintenance requests in a timely manner
• Maintain and repair HVAC systems
• Prepare vacant apartments to be in market-ready condition
• Repair and maintain simple electrical circuits
• Assist in the daily cleanliness of the community
• Maintain lawns, grounds, landscaping, and parking lots
• Complete and document preventive maintenance activities
