Property Manager

We’re looking for a driven and people-focused Property Manager to lead a stabilized multifamily community. This is an opportunity for a hands-on leader who thrives in a high-accountability environment and takes pride in delivering strong financial performance, team development, and exceptional resident experiences.

Requirements

• Proven success managing a stabilized multifamily asset with full P&L responsibility
• Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, drive accountability, and improve performance
• Deep understanding of Fair Housing and regulatory compliance
• Proficiency with RealPage and Microsoft Office (Excel skills strongly preferred)
• CAM, CPM, or CAPS designations preferred
