We are seeking a New York-based Senior Account Executive with 3-5 years of experience in the beauty industry to support integrated communications programs and drive day-to-day campaign execution.
Requirements
- Client Service: Balance optimism with practicality to propose feasible solutions
- Account & Team Management Support: Demonstrate a strong understanding of client goals and contribute actionable ideas to campaigns
- Effective Communication: Serve as a point of contact for clients on key projects and confidently manage discussions during status calls and meetings
- Strategic Planning: Lead channel audits, synthesizing data into comprehensive insights and presenting findings to clients
- Creative Thinking: Develop timely, trend-based concepts for earned, influencer, and social campaigns and conceptualize and pitch high-impact seasonal or evergreen ideas
