You will oversee customer-facing engineering activities, manage team workload, and partner with Sales, Service, and Leadership teams to support revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Managing, mentoring, and developing the Applications Engineering team
- Overseeing team workload, project assignments, priorities, and timelines
- Partnering with Sales, Service, and Leadership teams
- Managing the pre-sale process
- Leading post-sale activities
- Overseeing turnkey projects and demonstrations
- Serving as a technical expert and customer liaison
- Supporting the team in developing and implementing custom demonstrations and customer training programs
- Reviewing and approving cost estimates, engineering reports, technical documentation, and project proposals
- Assisting with escalated technical issues
- Monitoring project performance, customer satisfaction, and team productivity metrics
