Patent Agent - Clean Energy and Environmental Technologies

Precision Combustion, Inc. is seeking a skilled Patent Agent to join their team part-time, developing patents for their mission-driven research in clean energy and environmental fields.

Requirements

• Draft, file, and prosecute U.S. and PCT patent applications related to PCI’s cutting-edge technologies.
• Work closely with engineers and scientists to understand and document inventions.
• Manage and maintain the patent portfolio, ensuring all deadlines are met.
• Coordinate with affiliated legal resources (outside counsel and in-house Paralegal) and grow internal patent knowledge.
• Collaborate with foreign attorneys on patent applications filed and prosecuted in foreign countries.
• Provide guidance on best practices for intellectual property protection and strategy.
