Job Description
Precision for Medicine is seeking a Microsoft 365 Governance Administrator to help modernize and govern the company's collaboration platform across SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and the Power Platform. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience cleaning up, rationalizing, and integrating large Microsoft 365 tenants and enjoys bringing order to complex environments.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on Microsoft 365 administration, with deep SharePoint Online experience
- Proven experience cleaning up, governing, and modernizing enterprise M365 tenants
- Strong background in permissions management, lifecycle governance, retention, and compliance-driven collaboration
- Experience partnering with Legal, GRC, and Security teams on retention and data protection initiatives
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including analysis and manipulation of large data sets
- Strong automation capability using PowerShell, Microsoft Graph API, PowerAutomate, and SharePoint Advanced Management
