Senior Contract and Budget Associate

Review, draft, negotiate and track legal agreements, including CDAs, CTAs, and site budgets, working closely with Clinical Operations study team and playing an administrative role to ensure deliverables align with project timelines and expectations.

• Lead interactions with study teams and sponsors
• Work with supervisor and stakeholders to resolve contractual issues
• Ensure adherence to company policies and contracting standards
