The Client Services Business Analyst supports AccessGenius, a multiplatform pharmaceutical cost and coverage application, serving as a lead or co-lead analyst on client engagements.

Requirements

• Oversee and implement project plans from initial creative design to launch
• Coordinate with internal departments to develop content for Medical, Legal, and Regulatory (MLR) submissions
• Work closely with clients to handle any modifications to the application's deliverable process
• Remain up to date on all active projects
• Resolve client inquiries or route to appropriate team for resolution
