Engineering Director

The Engineering Director will lead the development of a centralized data platform, consolidate legacy data infrastructure, and enable AI/ML capabilities. The role involves building and scaling a high-performing engineering team, driving technical excellence, and partnering with the SVP on hiring and strategic planning.

Requirements

• 5-8+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics engineering, or platform engineering roles
• 3+ years of experience leading engineering teams
• Direct experience with modern data stack, including cloud data warehouses, transformation frameworks, and orchestration tools
• Track record of delivering complex data platform initiatives
• Experience operating in regulated or compliance-sensitive environments
