Group Account Supervisor - Market Access Marketing

Precision AQ, the top payer marketing agency in the country, is seeking a Group Account Supervisor to lead client management, project management, and business development for global pharmaceutical and life sciences companies.

Requirements

• Client Management: assume primary lead for client, maintain and manage business opportunities, develop client agendas, lead calls, review and forward status reports
• Project Management: provide direction to support team, manage projects, collaborate with internal team, ensure client expectations are met or exceeded
• Leadership: function as internal team leader, mentor personnel, conduct performance reviews, prepare development plans, set goals for direct reports
• Business Development: work with Client Services leadership and Strategy to identify market opportunities, identify opportunities for organic growth within assigned accounts
• Finance: develop proposals, budgets, and reconciliations, monitor budgets, provide periodic budget status updates and communication with client
