The role of Project Manager, Central Laboratory Services will lead new and existing CRO laboratory projects across various disciplines, with a focus on accelerating the development and adoption of novel therapeutics. This is a client-facing role that requires internal cross-functional leadership, with responsibilities including project planning, execution, risk management, communication, and stakeholder management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a life science or related field (e.g. engineering)
- Experience working as a Project Manager for Central Laboratories either for a CRO, Pharmaceutical or Biotech company
- Excellent listening and communication skills
- Excellent computer skills and experience with MS Office/MS 365 applications
- Excellent presentation, interpersonal, organizational, and multi-tasking skills
- Strong understanding of project management and data analysis
- Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional research and reporting skills
