The Senior Contract Manager creates, manages, and maintains strong relationships with business teams and establishes client and vendor contracts. They will review, draft, and negotiate contracts, communicate changes to stakeholders, and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Post Secondary Degree or Certificate
- Minimum of 5 years relevant experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Well-developed interpersonal skills
- Good judgment and a proactive and independent work style
- Proven ability to meet deadlines on multiple projects
- Ability to work cross-functionally with various team members at different levels of the organization
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Must be able to read, write, speak fluently and comprehend the English language
