Senior Contracts Manager - FSP

We are looking for a Senior Contracts Manager to join our FSP group in Europe. The position can be covered fully remotely from various countries. The successful candidate will review, draft, negotiate and track legal agreements, and work closely with Clinical Operations study teams to ensure deliverables are in alignment with defined study timelines.

Requirements

• Establish process and procedures for overall site contract management
• Review, draft and negotiate a variety of agreements
• Escalate and resolve complex issues with clients and internal stakeholders
• Negotiate site budget
• Provide guidance to business teams regarding operational implications of contract terms
• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures and contracting standards
• Mentor and/or Ambassador for new SCMs and Precision for Medicine staff
