Requirements

• 5 years of programming experience with PC-DMIS CAD++ on Hexagon metrology CMMs
• ITAR eligibility
• Ability to interpret GD&T per ASME Y14.5
• Advanced scanning strategies in PC-DMIS
• GD&T expert level
• Statistical process control
• Process capability studies (Cp, Cpk)
• SPC monitoring
• Experience with Excel, Minitab, or other SPC software’s
• Measurement System Analysis (MSA) including gage R&R
