We are seeking a Sales Manager to manage existing customer relationships and develop new customer sales to facilitate the growth and profitability of the Division.
Requirements
- Developing strategies for customer management
- Monitoring and managing major customer issues
- Developing working relationships with multi-disciplines within the customer base
- Negotiating pricing and other commercial/contract issues
- Managing the quotation process
- Qualifying new opportunities and prospects
- Prioritizing quotation opportunities
- Developing and managing the sales strategy for each opportunity
- Presenting proposals to customers and prospects
- Managing the new business award process
- Providing sales forecast and marketing development information
- Participating in new product launches
- Supporting multi-divisional corporate sales objectives
