Requirements

• Ensure AZZ’s financial statements are prepared in compliance with U.S. GAAP
• Ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley 404 (SOX)
• Maintain balance sheet and income statement account structure in Oracle
• Prepare balance sheets and income statements that are complete, accurate and timely
• Accurate & timely preparation of rollforward report for each balance sheet account or group of accounts
• Oversight and/or preparation of balance sheet and income statement reports and analysis reporting
• Drafting and maintaining accounting procedures and controls
• Tracking passed adjustments to the financial statements
• Effective communication across the organization
• Manage, hire, develop, and motivate a high-performing accounting team
