Client Analyst

Predict X is looking for a Client Analyst to manage day-to-day customer engagement for production clients, working closely with UK and US teams. The role involves data acquisition, validation, load, and report refreshes, as well as providing client support, troubleshooting, and consultancy.

Requirements

• Proven experience in client-facing roles
• Analytical and numerate mind
• Strong experience in analytics, particularly in travel or retail industries
• Technical working knowledge of SQL, Python, HTML, CSS, and Javascript
• Agile Project Management experience
