The ideal candidate has a creative background with a portfolio showcasing strong social-first work and experience in brand building, visual taste, creative strategy, and data literacy.

Requirements

• Experience with social-first content design and execution
• Strong skills in positioning, format development, channel thinking, and distribution
• Ability to work with data and understand core social and paid creative performance metrics
• Hands-on mentality with strong execution skills and ability to ship work quickly
• Fluency in German and English
