Job Description
The Gurney Van Driver will operate a gurney van to transport mobility-impaired individuals to and from hospitals, convalescent facilities, and other destinations in a safe and timely manner. This position involves patient boarding, safe transportation, first-aid assistance, and vehicle maintenance.
Requirements
- Must hold a currently valid driver's license
- Must have an excellent driving record
- Fluency in English
- Reliability and ability to work independently
- CPR training certificate (or equivalent)
- Physical ability to lift up to 100 lbs
- Good vision/hearing abilities, and familiarity with emergency situations
