Quality Analyst - on-site

We are seeking a skilled and motivated QA Analyst to join our team and play a pivotal role in driving the Quality Assurance function forward to meet business objectives. This role will focus on supporting multiple Agile pods and ensuring the quality and reliability of our software applications and non-software solutions for products and services.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance experience, automation and manual testing.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience working in Agile environments, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Strong background in both manual and automated testing, with a focus on regression and API testing.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with a focus on cross-departmental alignment.
• Ability to influence and drive quality initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
• Expertise in Selenium for test automation and Postman for API testing.
• Experience with test case management tools like TestRail or Zephyr, and version control tools like Bitbucket.
• Proficient in Jira for defect management and integrating QA processes.
• Knowledge of mobile testing frameworks like Appium is a plus.
