Requirements

• Facilitate swim lesson curriculum
• Responsible for the safety of all program participants
• Set up and break down of lesson stations
• Effectively communicate information promptly
• Ensures that all rules and appropriate safety measures are stated
• Foster positive and supportive relationships
• Maintains a high level of cleanliness and order
