Technical Staff in IT Sales Support / Procurement (m/w/x)

Your Tasks

You are the technical contact and interface between customers, departments and suppliers in the IT sales support / procurement department.

You create configurations with manufacturer tools that meet customer requirements and generate a customized calculation and offer for our customers.

You track your offers and take over the comprehensive handling of orders with corresponding project reporting.

The contract management for subscriptions and the monitoring of deadlines is always in your field of vision.

The monthly billing process is a fixed date in your calendar.

Your goal is to optimize and develop internal processes and workflows.

You take over administrative and organizational tasks of the daily business with sovereignty.

Your Profile

Completed training as an IT system administrator or similar.

At least one year of experience in sales support in the IT infrastructure sector.

Technical affinity, especially in the server and network area, as well as very good conceptual and analytical skills.

Negotiation skills.

Very good German and good English skills in speech and writing.

Confident appearance, strong communication skills and hands-on mentality.

Outstanding customer and service orientation.
