Job Description
The Windows Administrator role involves managing servers, networks, firewalls, and backups, updating IT environments, documenting issues, and proactively seeking solutions. It requires designing, implementing, and operating IT systems, monitoring systems, classifying errors, communicating with suppliers, performing installations, and serving as a central point of contact for customers.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional experience in the IT field with a focus on Windows.
- High social competence, confident demeanor, communication skills, and assertiveness.
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office, M365, and ideally other Microsoft products.
- Strong customer and service orientation.
- Very good German and English skills in both written and spoken form.
- Strong planning and organizational ability.
- Independent, structured, and results-oriented work with teamwork skills.
- Willingness to regular on-site customer visits.
