Job Description
Join Premier Foods as a Product Development Technologist to bring new products to life from concept to launch. Work with a collaborative R&D team to deliver high-quality, consumer-loved products that meet business and technical standards.
Requirements
- HNC, BTEC or equivalent in Food Science / Food Technology
- Intermediate Food Hygiene qualification
- 1–2 years’ experience in a product development environment (or similar)
- Strong organisation, communication and problem-solving skills
- A proactive, flexible approach and genuine passion for food development
- BSc in Food Science, Food Technology or a related discipline
- Practical knowledge of baking and ingredient functionality
- Experience with bakery products or similar categories
