Job Description
The Electrical Systems Engineer will drive project planning, execution, and implementation to support electrical and electromechanical systems at Premier Marine. This role is responsible for both new product development and sustaining engineering, including troubleshooting and continuous improvement of systems in production and in the field.
Requirements
- Lead end-to-end electrical system development for new products, from concept through production launch
- Apply mechanical integration principles, including mounting, thermal management, and ingress protection
- Design electrical harnesses and define routing strategies optimized for durability, serviceability, and high-mix manufacturing environments
