Requirements
- Ability to work with hand tools and power tools
- Attention to detail and adherence to quality standards
- Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly
- Basic understanding of mathematics to be able to understand dimensions on a drawing
- Basic computer skills for data entry into ERP system
- Good manual dexterity and eye-hand coordination
- Ability to mentor and guide Fiberglass Technician I
