As a Land Development Coordinator, you will play a key role in advancing residential and commercial development projects through various stages of the development lifecycle. A strong foundation in site planning, urban design, and municipal planning processes is essential for success in this role.
Requirements
- Post-secondary degree or diploma in Urban Planning, Urban Design, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline.
- 3–5 years of progressive experience in land development, urban planning, or site design.
- Demonstrated knowledge of municipal planning policies, zoning by-laws, and the development approvals process—experience in Southwestern Ontario is preferred.
- Experience coordinating multi-disciplinary consultant teams.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, and familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, or other relevant design and planning software.
