Job Description
Premier Property Management is seeking a dedicated and experienced Affordable Housing Compliance Specialist to join their team. The successful candidate will ensure that properties remain in compliance with all applicable affordable housing regulations, policies, and procedures.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in affordable housing compliance or a related field
- Strong knowledge of LIHTC, HUD, Section 8 and/or PHA, and other affordable housing programs and regulations
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software
