Job Description
At PremierBank, relationships are at the heart of everything we do. We're looking for a relationship-driven Commercial Loan Officer to join us in helping local businesses grow, strengthening community connections, and building a thriving portfolio of satisfied customers.
Requirements
- Proactively prospect new business relationships across all areas of the bank
- Develop, manage, and service a profitable commercial loan portfolio
- Analyze borrowers’ financial statements, credit histories, and collateral to determine creditworthiness
- Identify and initiate cross-selling opportunities
- Maintain consistent and meaningful contact with customers
- Monitor and resolve past dues, overdrafts, insurance exceptions, and financial covenant exceptions in a timely manner
- Own credit quality for assigned relationships
- Remain active in the community and local organizations to strengthen PremierBank’s presence and reputation
