Requirements
- A High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- One year of previous customer service experience preferred.
- Experience in the banking industry preferred but not required.
- Ability to complete and maintain all required training in accordance with organizational, County, State, and Federal regulations.
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions and correspondence in English.
- Bilingual skills in Spanish a plus.
- Prioritize and plan work activities, use time efficiently, demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet established goals and objectives.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
- Ability to analyze and interpret data.
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written and oral form.
- Ability to identify and resolve complex problems in a timely manner.
- Ability to gather and analyze information.
- Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite and other computer programs.
