Premium Merchant Funding is seeking a driven and experienced Lead Recruiter to join its leadership team and play a key role in building out its talented sales division. The ideal candidate is organized, intuitive, and thrives in a dynamic, high-energy environment.

Requirements

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• Experience in financial services, sales, or brokerage environments strongly preferred
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced, growth-driven organization
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
• High level of organization, intuition, and emotional intelligence when working with candidates and team members
• Experience using ATS systems, sourcing tools, and social media recruiting platforms
• A collaborative mindset with a proactive, solution-oriented approach
