Senior Practice Manager - Central London Clinic

We are looking for a Senior Practice Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Central London clinic. This role requires an experienced operations leader with a proven track record managing private healthcare practices in the UK, exceptional people management skills, regulatory expertise, and commercial acumen.

Requirements

• 5+ years of senior leadership experience in private healthcare practice or clinic management
• Proven success managing multidisciplinary teams and delivering exceptional patient care and operational outcomes
• Strong knowledge of CQC standards, governance frameworks, and UK healthcare compliance requirements
• Commercially savvy with experience managing budgets, financial performance, and service delivery KPIs
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-growing environment
