PrePass is a company that provides a weigh station bypass and toll management platform. They are seeking an Associate Product Manager to lead development for their Web Platform. The role requires strong product judgment, adaptability, and the ability to deliver high-quality solutions aligned with business strategy and customer outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Associate Product Manager, or in a similar product-focused role
- Strong experience in business process analysis and translating requirements into technical solutions
- Solid understanding of web application and API-based systems
- Proficiency with Agile/Scrum methodologies and backlog management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps)
- Excellent decision-making, communication, and organizational skills
- Familiarity with user-centered design principles and modern web usability standards
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive outcomes without direct authority
