IT Support Technician Field Services

Prequel is seeking an IT Field Support Technician for a contract-to-hire opportunity with a well-established organization in the Canton, Ohio area. This role supports a regional branch network across Northeast Ohio, with occasional backup support in the Columbus region.

Requirements

• Provide hands-on support for desktops, laptops, printers, network hardware, and business applications
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for branch and office end users
• Support installation, setup, and replacement of devices across multiple locations
• Partner with internal IT team members on troubleshooting, projects, and process improvements
• Complete departmental documentation and support-related paperwork
• Participate in project-based work involving equipment upgrades and implementations
• Provide cross-training and support to team members as needed
• Participate in an off-hours on-call rotation and occasional after-hours project support
